Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using BendEasy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and BendEasy ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

BendEasy is a daily stretching and flexibility app. The App lets you:

  • Choose a goal — such as Wake Up, Desk Relief, Posture Reset, Better Sleep or Splits Challenge — and see routines matched to it.
  • Follow guided routines one stretch at a time, with an animated demonstration and a per-stretch hold timer.
  • Complete short single-stretch micro sessions when a full routine is not practical.
  • Track a daily streak and your completed sessions, saved to your account.
  • Browse the routine and stretch library, and start a quick micro-stretch from a reminder notification.

3. Account Registration

An account is required to use BendEasy. You can create one with an email address and password, or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information.
  • Keeping your account credentials secure.
  • All activity that takes place under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

BendEasy offers a free tier and a paid subscription, BendEasy Premium:

  • The free tier includes the Wake Up, Desk Relief and Posture Reset routines.
  • BendEasy Premium unlocks the rest of the routine library — including the Splits Progress and Better Sleep routines — plus in-depth progress tracking.
  • Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription, monthly at $7.99 and annually at $39.99. Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by region.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not by itself cancel a subscription.
  • Purchases can be restored on another device using Restore Purchases on the paywall screen.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the App outside its intended interface.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with the subscription or entitlement checks that gate premium content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, code, routine and stretch content, illustrations, branding and all related materials — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your own activity data (your sessions, streak and goal) remains yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the service.

7. Health and Medical Disclaimer

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

  • BendEasy provides general wellness, stretching and flexibility content for informational and educational purposes only.
  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or stretching programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any existing medical condition.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and seek medical attention if symptoms persist. Never stretch into pain.
  • You participate in any routine at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising within your own physical limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BendEasy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any personal injury, arising from your use of the App or from performing any routine or stretch it describes. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to other users or to the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible, and is described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination your right to use the App ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
